This is the modern meditation technique given by Guru Osho. The instructions for Dynamic meditation are as follow:
Step I(10 minutes):
Take a breath with speed and then leave it out. Taking breath and leaving it- give stress on both of them and make the process chaos. Breathing must be deep and in a speed. Do it with complete and with much energy as possible. But do not make your body in tension and you must be sure that your neck and shoulder are relaxed. Continue breathing unless you become a breath. Breathing must be in chaos, without any previously made rules. Once your energy stars flowing, then it also starts giving motion to your body. Allow your body to be in motion, Make them help to create more energy. Make your hand and body naturally to be in motion so that it helps to awaken your energy. Experience the increasing energy. In this step, don’t slow your motion and keep continuing the exercise.
Step II(10 minutes):
Scan your body. Give your body freedom, so that it will express whatever it wants. Make it explode. Whatever it wants to throw outside, make it happen. Be mad completely. Sing, shout, laugh, cry, run, shake, dance, move hands and legs, and give motion to your body in every direction. Whatever happen, don’t make your mind to interrupt it. Remember that your body is in completely motion.
Step II(10 minutes):
Relaxing your shoulders and neck, lift your hand completely upwards with stretching. Then lifting your hand upwards, start jumping by shouting ‘HU! HU! HU! HU!’. The shouting must be maximum deeper. When you come down while jumping, sole of feet shall touch the floor softly, and at this time the loud sound of ‘HU’ must injure deeply your sex-centre. Do this step with full of force, not any energy should be left.
Step IV(15 minutes):
Stop! Wherever you are, stop completely. Do not manage your body anyway. Even a little bit of cough or motion will spoil your all hard work you have done till now. Whatever happen, just watch it.
Step V(15 minues):
Celebrate! Express your internal gratefulness with music and dance.
