Bipassana Meditation

Bipassana meditation is that meditation technique which have benifit many people than any other meditation. This meditation is so simple that even a small child can do it. Bipassana can be done by three methods
First method:
To become conscious about own body, mind and heart. When you walk, then walk with conscious. When you wave your hand, then wave with conscious, knowing that you are waving your hand. If you wave without consciousness, then you are doing with just like a machine.
Second method:
To become conscious about breath. When you inhale, your stomach expand and when you exhale, your stomach contract. So be conscious, when your stomach contract and expand.
Third method:
To become conscious as soon as your breath enters your nasal cavity. Experience the touch of breath at your nasal cavity during both inhaling and exhaling.
Direction for Bipassana Meditation:
Sitting:
Find the place where you could sit with relax for 40-60 minutes. Head and back bone must be straight, eye must be closed and breathing must be simple. Be stationary as much as possible, unless it is very much necessary to change your position.
While sitting, observe the contraction and expansion of stomach while breathing. This is not technique of concentration. So if any thing disturbs, or any other thought arises, stop the observation and give attention to that disturbance or thought unless it is possible ot return to your observation.
The process of observing is important. What you are observing is not important. So whatever arises, don't get attached with it. Questions and problems can be observed as miracles which could be enjoyed.
Walking:
Feel the touch of feet on earth. You can move in a circle or move to and fro for certain distance. Eye must be lowered so that you could see only certain distance ahead. While walking, your whole attention must be at your contact of your feet with earth. If any other thoughts arise, remove your attention from your feet and give attention to that thoughts. Then again return to your feet. You can walk up to 20 and 30 minutes.
