This is another meditation technique of Bigyan Bhairav Tantra. The process says:
Whenever feeling arises for or against any person, do not blame that person, but be centralized.
The main summary of this meditation is that whenever you feel love or hate or any feelings for or against any person, then you are the source of this feelings.
In ordinary case, when you love someone, you think he/she is the source of your love. You project your love to that person. But that is not true. Actually, you are the source of that love.
So whenever such feelings come, be always centralized. Always remember that you are the source. Instead of giving attention to your feelings, give attention to the source. When feeling of hate arises, instead of going after your hate, try to go to that point from where hate is arising. Do not search person who is subject of your hate. Go inside and towards your centre. Make your love or whatever feelings as tools for a journey towards source. Go to source, that is your centre.
It is easier to go toward source at that time when you are dynamically experiencing such feeling. After going inside, you will reach one calm point. Then completely different dimension or completely different world will start to open in front of you.
Applying this technique for first seven days is enough to experience its effect. Instructions for this meditation are as follow:
Step I (40 minutes):
You may sit down or stand up and close your eye. Start to spell the irrelevant words. You can make sound anyway you like. But you should not use those words which you know. Inside you, whatever is needed to be expressed, allow to express it. Take out everything from inside. Be completely mad, but with consciousness.
Allow your body whatever it wants- cry, shout, jump, run etc. But do not rest.
Step II:Witnessing(40 minutes):
Sit down with complete silent and with relax. Collect your energy and allow your thoughts to go far and far away. Allow yourself to be in silence and peace at your centre. You can sit down on floor or chair, but your head and back bone must be straight, body is relaxed, eye is closed and breathing is simple.
Be conscious and be completely at present moment. Whatever happen, just witness it. Thoughts will try to go either in future or in past. You just try to watch it from a little distance- do not make decision or do not be trapped in thoughts. Just be stationary at present moment witnessing. Witnessing is the process of meditaton.
Step III: Let Go(40 minutes):
After witnessing, allow your body to fall on the floor without any effort or control. Continue witnessing while lying down. Be conscious that you are neither body normind, you are something different from both of them. As you start to go deeper and deeper, slowly you will reach at your centre.
This is the modern meditation technique given by Guru Osho. The instructions for Dynamic meditation are as follow:
Step I(10 minutes):
Take a breath with speed and then leave it out. Taking breath and leaving it- give stress on both of them and make the process chaos. Breathing must be deep and in a speed. Do it with complete and with much energy as possible. But do not make your body in tension and you must be sure that your neck and shoulder are relaxed. Continue breathing unless you become a breath. Breathing must be in chaos, without any previously made rules. Once your energy stars flowing, then it also starts giving motion to your body. Allow your body to be in motion, Make them help to create more energy. Make your hand and body naturally to be in motion so that it helps to awaken your energy. Experience the increasing energy. In this step, don’t slow your motion and keep continuing the exercise.
Step II(10 minutes):
Scan your body. Give your body freedom, so that it will express whatever it wants. Make it explode. Whatever it wants to throw outside, make it happen. Be mad completely. Sing, shout, laugh, cry, run, shake, dance, move hands and legs, and give motion to your body in every direction. Whatever happen, don’t make your mind to interrupt it. Remember that your body is in completely motion.
Step II(10 minutes):
Relaxing your shoulders and neck, lift your hand completely upwards with stretching. Then lifting your hand upwards, start jumping by shouting ‘HU! HU! HU! HU!’. The shouting must be maximum deeper. When you come down while jumping, sole of feet shall touch the floor softly, and at this time the loud sound of ‘HU’ must injure deeply your sex-centre. Do this step with full of force, not any energy should be left.
Step IV(15 minutes):
Stop! Wherever you are, stop completely. Do not manage your body anyway. Even a little bit of cough or motion will spoil your all hard work you have done till now. Whatever happen, just watch it.
Step V(15 minues):
Celebrate! Express your internal gratefulness with music and dance.
Following are some breathing meditation techniques from Bigyan Bhairav Tantra based on Osho’s Discourses:
Process I
Just after your breath enters and just before your breath exit, Be conscious between these two points.
When you are able to become conscious at this moment, or when you are able to observe this moment properly, then you will be able to know the truth.
In Buddhism, this process is known as ‘ANAPANSATI YOGA’. Buddha says be conscious about your breathing. When your breath enters, you also enter inside with your breath, and when your breath exits, you also come outside with your breath.
One can practice this meditation for one hour each day. Once you will be familiar with this process, then there will be no any problem.
Process II
When breath moves upwards from down and when it moves downwards from up, one can be enlightened through these two turning points.
Process III
When your inhaling breath and exhaling breath vanishes with each other, touch the energy less and energy full centre at this moment.
Just watch when your breath enters inside, then observe where does it go. And when your breath exits, observe where does it comes out from. It goes to centre and comes out from centre. Just touch this centre.
Bigayn Bhairav Tantra is an ancient Hindu book written around 5000 years ago. Book consist of 112 meditation techniques. Most of the ancient Hindu books are written on the basis of conversation between Guru and his disciples. Disciples ask questions and Guru reply them. But Bigyan Bhairav Tantra is only the Hindu book, that is based on conversation between two lovers, Lord Shiva and Lord Parvati(Lord Shiva’s wife). The book begins with questions asked by Lord Parvati-
Oh! Lord Shiva, what is your truth?
What is this world with full of miracles?
What is its seed?
What is the centre point of this world cycle?
It has got form but what is this life beyond that form?
How can we completely enter inside it going beyond country and time, name and forms?
Please ends my doubts.
